Friends and Colleagues,
On a personal note, did you know John was a child actor in the 1950's?
John was recently reminded of his childhood acting days with the passing of Jennifer Jones. John played with her in the movie Good Morning Miss Dove. John played a "youngster from the slums whom Miss Dove (Jennifer Jones) has helped mould into a citizen with a fine sense of ethics". His acting career included multiple movies and television series such as Life of Riley, Dragnet, Stepmother, The Millionaire, Lassie and many others.
Walt Disney introduced John to Annette Funicello when he was doing Pillsbury commercials for the Mickey Mouse Club. But that is a story all its own!

Home Buyer tax credit has been expanded and extended until April 2010
We have clients who are taking advantage of this offer to get tax credits. If you were considering buying but were dragging your heels, don't miss out. Congress has just extended tax credits of up to $8,000 for first time home buyers. Other home buyers who have owned their current home for five years may be eligible for a $6,500 tax credit!
To further sweeten the pot, income limitations have increased to $125,000 for single filers and $225,000 for joint filers. NAR President Charles McMillan, said that "This important incentive is helping to stabilize the housing market... Extending and expanding the home buyer tax credit will enable even more families to take advantage of current low interest rates and affordable prices to invest in their future through homeownership."
We have said it before and will restate our firm belief, this is a GREAT time to BUY! Call me today to discuss before this extension runs out! (530) 265-6565.
