Our 50th Anniversary Celebration
Peace, Love, and Real Estate: 50 Years of Groovy Deals
To honor our golden anniversary, we hosted an unforgettable celebration at The Wheelhouse Event Center in Nevada City on July 22, 2023. The event was a tribute to our history, our clients, and the vibrant community that has supported us over the years.
The afternoon kicked off with an electrifying Live Music Extravaganza, where over 25 talented local musicians took the stage, filling the air with energy and excitement. The performances created a warm and joyful atmosphere, bringing together friends, family, and community members to celebrate five decades of success. The musical lineup was nothing short of spectacular, featuring artists like Three Times Through, George Souza, Tom Mac Donald, Tony Unger, and Jerry Pineda, as well as Kelly Flemming with Pete Grant and Kellie Garmire. As the day progressed, Elena Rayo and Thomas Schubel captivated the crowd, setting the stage for an unforgettable All-Star Jam Session featuring Paul Emery, Peter Wilson, Eli Rush, Skip Allen Smith, Pat Jacobsen, and Anni McCann. Finally, Sgt. Funky Band closed out the night with a high-energy performance, ensuring that the celebration ended on a groovy note.
While the music played, guests enjoyed a BBQ feast provided by Harmony Ridge Market, offering classic burgers, hot dogs, and vegetarian options that kept everyone fueled for the festivities. A Beer & Wine Garden provided the perfect setting for guests to raise a toast to Nevada County Properties’ incredible journey, offering a carefully curated selection of craft beer and fine wine.
🎸 Commemorative Keepsakes – To mark the occasion, we designed and distributed commemorative logo stickers and custom guitar picks as a special token of appreciation for attendees and musicians. The anniversary logo proudly displayed “Peace, Love & Real Estate – 50 Years of Groovy Deals” as a tribute to our incredible journey and the community that made it possible.
