Sept.10-11, 2011 - The 45th Annual Constitution Day Parade tops a weekend of festivities in historic Nevada City. A local tradition over 40 years, the Constitution Day Parade is the oldest and largest Constitution observance in western America. The Sunday parade features more than 100 entries including the Famous Marching Presidents of Nevada City.

Sept. 22-25 The 25th Annual Draft Horse Classic: The Gentle Giants return for the premier Draft Horse Show in the Western United States. The 2011 Draft Horse Classic will feature the magnificent draft horse performances that have been drawing crowds for 25 years. In between classes, enjoy showcase specialty acts, including some returning favorites like Clay Maier and Ramon Becerra, as well as some new acts. To celebrate our anniversary, we’re offering discounted pricing on morning performances and children’s tickets.
Oct. 1-2 - The 15th Annual KVMR Celtic Festival offers two days of wonderful entertainment and education bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds in a magical setting of music, dance, sports, history and culture.
